Subject: Report and hearing of the Jewish survivors
Link with dispatch number 79-A from 18.07.1960.
In connection with the dispatch we report that we collected statements from Jewish survivors who were during the war interned to concentration camps. According to the survived witnesses statements, the internment of Jews from Pristina, where majority of Jews lived, was carried out at the request of Albanian reactionary circles, agas and bey, who collaborated with occupier.
At the initiative of prominent Albanian reactionaries, at the beginning of 1942, the considerable number of Jewish families was interned in Albania to Berat and Elbasan, and in 1944. All Jews who were at the time in Pristina were interned by Germans in concentration camp Bergen Belsen in Germany.

NOTE: The total number of persons listed above is 295. In the concentration camp 80 of them died, 7 were shot (in the camp), 2 were shot in Pristina and out of 206 survivors 185 emigrated to Israel and 21 live in FNRJ.
We stress that in Pristina lived more Jews than those mentioned in the list, but we were not able to determine the exact number of them because there isn’t any written document about it.
